The Araw Awards is said to be the Philippine version of the international awards show, Cannes Lions. Its selection of winners is so rigorous that it is "parang lumusot sa karayom" (like passing through a needle's eye), hence these call for entry posters.
The posters within the posters (inception, right?) are chosen representatives of award-winning ads from the Philippines which have "passed through" a level of scrutiny from international award-giving bodies.
